Simply Simmons are constructed with artist quality dark tipped synthetic filaments and can be used with all mediums. FLATS - The square, flexible ends of the Flat can hold a lot of paint. When used flat, they can make long strokes and are well suited to blending and painting in large areas. The tip and sides can also be used for more delicate lines and small touches. A flat brush is great for blending two paint colors to create a gradient effect. Angled brushes are great for detailed work and corners, while square-cut brushes are better for broad strokes and even coverage.
