Does the Bookstore have multiple locations?
There is only one KVCC Bookstore, located at Texas Township. We do have pickup locations for online orders on other campuses, but these must be delivered manually from the Bookstore location.
Can I send a fax at the Bookstore?
The KVCC Bookstore no longer offers fax services.

Financial Aid
What can I buy with my Financial Aid?
Financial Aid can be used to buy any required course materials, including books, eBooks (digital books), and course packs, available through the Textbooks section of our website. It can also be used to purchase items under the Educational Supplies and Art & Drafting Supplies sections. Your Financial Aid can also be used to cover shipping costs for online deliveries.
What restrictions are placed on the use of Financial Aid at the Bookstore?
If an item is found on our website in the following categories, it cannot be purchased with Financial Aid funds:
-Clothing
-Gifts & Souvenirs
-Greeting Cards
-Health & Beauty/Drugstore
Further restrictions are placed on the amount of items in certain categories you may purchase. Students paying with Financial Aid are permitted one backpack/bag, one calculator and one laptop purchase per semester.
I'm trying to check out with my Financial Aid - the checkout screen is showing a balance of $0.00, but on MyVALLEY it says I have money.
Make sure that you are logged into the Bookstore website with your KVCC email address. If you have not made an account for our website, make sure to type in your KVCC email address accurately when creating the account - some students forget that the latter part of the email is @mail.kvcc.edu and instead type only @kvcc.edu. You will not be able to access your Financial Aid if the email address you are using is incorrect.
I have a hold on my account because of textbooks that I purchased with Financial Aid in a previous semester. Can I return them?
We can only issue Financial Aid refunds for books purchased in the current semester. If you have a hold on your account after having classes dropped, you must pay the fine through the Pay Station.

What can I access through the Bookstore website?
Use the Bookstore website to find book information, store hours, and shop for course materials, spirit wear and items such as notebooks and supplies you need for class! You can have your items delivered to your home for a flat rate of $5.00. Check out what we have today!

How long will it take to get the things I ordered from the Bookstore website?
We fill and ship orders Monday through Friday, in the order they are received. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground, which comes to pick up online orders around 9:00AM on weekdays. In the Kalamazoo area UPS generally takes one or two days. You will receive an email as soon as your order has been picked up from the Bookstore by UPS Ground.
I usually pay cash for my purchases, how can I use the Bookstore website if I don't have Financial Aid or a credit card?
Meijer, Walmart, and other area stores offer a prepaid credit card that you can purchase with cash, and use on the website. Prepaid credit cards work wherever regular credit cards do.
What is your return policy?
Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase. If you have dropped a class, you may return your textbooks up to 14 days after you have dropped your class. A receipt is necessary for all returns; a drop slip from the Admissions Office is required if returning books for dropped classes. Items must be returned as-purchased; books that were purchased in shrink wrap (ie, wrapped in plastic) must be inside the original plastic wrap.

Do you have eBooks?
Yes! VitalSource is our digital partner and we have a lot of books available for download to any device, costing much less than physical books.

Call 1-800-354-9706 or go to https://cengageportal.secure.force.com/Support/. To submit a case ticket, sign in to your account, click "log new case," and enter the necessary information and click "Create Case."
